2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
t tbsp white wine vinegar
2/3 cup sour cream
freshly ground black pepper
1 dill sprig for garnish
Put cucumbers in a colander set over a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Set aside for 1 hour to drain, then rinse well under cold water, and pat dry.
In a bowl, combine cucumber slices and chopped dill.
In another bowl, mix vinegar with sour cream, season with pepper.
Pour sour cream mix over the cucumbers and chill for 1 hour. Garnish with dill sprig.
Serves 6-8
